For me, garlic bread is one of the best
things on the planet! Any excuse to have some with my dinner is fine by
me.
The best thing about this though is that it is fluffy and bready, but
the bread itself only requires 2 ingredients and no time to prove
it.
This is the perfect sharing portion as well, and under 300 calories per
portion.

This recipe states that you can use garlic granules, but you can of course
use fresh garlic as well.
Any time I post a recipe that requires garlic, people tell me that I don't
use enough...so of course you can add as much as you like to this
recipe.
I used a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese for this recipe, so there
is a bit of a cheese pull, but of course, you could use all cheddar or all
mozzarella instead.
This bread is perfect with any
pasta dish.
What makes this even easier to prepare is that it can be fully cooked in
your Air Fryer, which I find helps to make it crispier on the outside and
fluffy in the middle.
