In case you haven't already noticed, I absolutely love Orzo! There are so many delicious recipes you can create with it.
This dish has all the garlicy flavours of a chicken Kyiv, with cheesy goodness and topped with a crunchy breadcrumb.

What is orzo?
You could be mistaken for thinking that Orzo is a type of rice. Orzo is Italian for "barley" because it looks like the grain in its unprocessed form. Orzo is actually small rice-shaped pasta, and is very versatile.
If you don't have orzo, any pasta of your choice will do!

Why Pasta Water?
The most important thing I have to stress with this recipe, and any other cheese and pasta recipe, is the pasta water.
This stuff is like liquid gold, and can thicken up any pasta sauce, and help create the smooth creamy sauce in this dish.
When you've cooked your pasta, drain some of the water off and save it.
