This noodle recipe is soo easy to throw together and is perfect for weeknight
cooking. I made this recipe with just noodles and vegetables, but you can
easily add protein such as chicken or beef to this dish.

It also contains some spicy sriracha sauce to give it a lovely little kick, but of course, you can adjust this according to your taste.
I think that noodles are so versatile, and there is such a huge variety of flavours that complement them.
