Cheeseburger Quesadilla Recipe | Low Calorie Dinner Recipe

 

A delicious, reduced-calorie cheeseburger flavoured quesadilla recipe that's slimming friendly too!

So I had a packet of beef mince in my fridge, it was a little out of date, but still good. There are so many beef mince recipes I could use, but I wanted to try and create something new.

I was thinking of making a quesadilla but didn't really fancy anything too spicy. 

I had a bit of a craving for a cheeseburger, so instead of making an actual burger, I decided to use up some other things I have in the house, and make use of the tortilla wrap that was on the edge of life!

This recipe is so easy to make, with just a few ingredients. Most of which you will already have in the fridge or cupboard!

I am absolutely obsessed with pickled gherkins so added loads into this recipe. I added some in with the mince and also some more on top for luck. You can of course adjust this to suit your taste a little better if you don't like them. 

I love quesadillas, and this has to be one of my favourite ones that I have made!
