Low Calorie Protein Biscoff Cheesecake Recipe | Healthy Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 Lotus Biscoff Biscuitts
- 10ml skimmed milk
- 1 vanilla protein pudding
- 1 tablespoon biscoff spread
Instructions
- Break one of the Biscoff biscuits in half and save one half for the topping.
- Crush the other 1.5 biscuits until they become crumbs.
- Place at the bottom of your dish and add a dash of skimmed milk. Press down to form a base.
- Add the vanilla protein pudding and smooth over at the top.
- Melt the Biscoff spread then pour over the top. Pick up the dish and move it around so that the spread covers the top.
- Add the otherr half of Lotus biscuit on top for decoration.
- Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Notes
You could leave out the milk in the base, but I find it forms a better base. I used an Aldi vanilla protein pudding but there are other brands out there.
