Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Weetabix Recipe, a tasty, easy, filling
breakfast recipe.
Are you on the overnight Weetabix bandwagon yet? It's a great new twist on
overnight oats and makes a delicious, filling, tasty breakfast.
It's really simple to make the night before and leave in the fridge overnight,
ready for when you need it in the morning.
I have created so many flavours of overnight oats now, and I am excited to
share this new recipe with you.

Which yoghurt should I use?
I like to use protein yoghurts as they are filling and most are made using
cream cheese, which helps get a more cheesecake-like consistency.
Aldi have a great range of low-fat protein yoghurts and puddings, as do Lidl.
I also enjoy the Arla yoghurts or the Lindahls range.
Can I use a different yoghurt?
Yes! You could swap for fat-free vanilla Greek yoghurt, or even use Quark
instead.
I think the protein yoghurts do work really well, but this recipe is totally
adaptable.
What could I use instead of Weetabix?
This recipe also works really well with oats instead of Weetabix.
