It's a simple to prepare overnight breakfast that tastes delicious, is really
filling, and this recipe has some added protein too.
The idea is that you use Weetabix as either the base or the main component of
the dish, mixed with yoghurt and fruit.
If you like overnight oats then this is the next step for you! I find the
Weetabix version is even more filling.

If you wanted to save some calories, substitute the protein pudding for some
fat-free Greek vanilla yoghurt instead.
If you don't like Weetabix, you can swap for 40g of porridge oats instead.
The extra biscuit on top can also be left off if you are looking to save some
calories.
