I have recently become obsessed with Orzo, since making my creamy Cajun orzo recipe. It is absolutely delicious and very versatile.

What is orzo?
Orzo is Italian for "barley" due to its resemblance to the grain in its unprocessed form. Orzo is actually small rice-shaped pasta.
If you don't have orzo, any pasta of your choice will do!

The beauty of this dish is that it can all be prepared in one pan, saving the washing up!
If you're not trying to be especially healthy, this recipe would be great with a glug of white wine in it too!
I have used 1 clove of garlic for this recipe, but if you're a garlic girl like me, you'll know that sometimes one clove is just not enough!
