If you haven't worked out already, I love an easy life and an easy dinner. This recipe is so easy as you can literally throw all the ingredients together in the tray.
The only real effort is chopping up some veggies!
You can also go wild and freestyle which vegetables you add as well.

I absolutely love feta cheese, especially when it's warm!
If you don't like olives, you can easily omit them.
