Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup, served with meat and egg. This dish is kind of a mash-up of 2 Japanese dishes, ramen and chicken katsu curry.
The sauce is a little thicker than normal ramen, as it is curry based.
I drizzled some sriracha on top too for a cheeky bit of extra spice!
How to soft boil an egg
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
Using a spoon, gently lower the eggs into to pan of boiling water.
Cook for exactly 6.5 minutes, and adjust the heat to prevent it from boiling over.
