Tiramisu Baked Oats Recipe | Low Calorie Slimming Friendly Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fat-free yoghurt
- 60 g porridge oats
- 1 low-fat squirty cream
- Small squirt of light squirty cream
- 1/2 cup strong coffee
- 1/2 tsp coco powder
Instructions
- Pour the coffee over the porridge oats
- Add a couple of tablespoons of fat free yoghurt
- Mix well to create the oats
- Layer into a glass with the oats, some fat free yoghurt and more oats until you get to the top
- Add a small squirt of low-fat squirty cream, then sprinkle with coco powder.
- Add to the fridge and leave overnight, or at least a few hours.
- Optional: Add Chia seeds of fruit into the oat mix.
