Low-Calorie Chocolate Brownie Recipe | Slimming Friendly
Ingredients
- 60g cocoa powder
- 60g sweetener
- 90g oats
- 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp skimmed milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180
- Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, oats, yoghurt skimmed milk and baking powder to a blender/food processor
- Blitz until smooth, if the mixture looks dry, add more yoghurt and mix
- Line a baking tray with baking paper to avoid the brownies sticking. I used a small tray as it made 12 brownies
- Pour half of the mixture into the baking tray, then melt the Nutella
- Add the melted Nutella on top and then lightly mix
- Add the other half of the brownie mix on top
- Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes
- Allow to cool, then cut into 12 squares
