Vegan Biscoff Soft Scoop Ice Cream | Slimming Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tbsp oat milk
- 2 Lotus biscuits, crushed
Instructions
- Peel the bananas, then slice them up into small slices.
- Lay them out on a tray or something flat, then place in the freezer for 3 hours, or until frozen.
- Add the frozen bananas to a food processor, along with the oat milk and Lotus Biscoff biscuits. Blitz until smooth, creamy and with the soft scoop ice cream texture. You may need to add more oat milk if required.
- Add to a dish then place back in the freezer for 20 mins.
- You can leave in the freezer or serve immediately.
