A tasty slimming friendly rice recipe with pork mince and a smoky BBQ
flavour. A delicious recipe that's perfect for calorie counting or low-calorie meals.
This is one of my favourite Slimming World friendly pork mince recipes. If you're a fan of my

It is super easy to prepare, tastes absolutely AMAZING, and is a great pork mince recipe. 5% fat pork mince is pretty readily available in the larger
supermarkets.
The great thing about this dish is that it is really simple to throw together yet tastes delicious. You can also play around and try out
different vegetables in the dish.
I used peppers and onions, but you could add anything that suits your
tastebuds.
Dirty rice is a traditional Louisiana Creole dish made from white rice which
gets a "dirty" colour and name from being cooked with meat and
seasoning.
I absolutely love smoked paprika, and use it a lot. You can play around with
the amount you use if it isn't to your taste.
Try and get smoke properly smoked paprika, instead of smoke flavoured. It
makes a huge difference!
