recipe is absolutely fool proof!
My Tips for the best Risotto
1. Use hot stock
This slows down the cooking process. Adding warm stock ensures it stays hot
and everything cooks evenly.
2. Stir, but not too much
You don't want the rice to stick to the bottom of the pan, but too much
stirring can add air into the risotto and make it gloopy.
3. Make sure you use Arborio rice
This may seem obvious, but the deliciously creamy texture of a good risotto
depends on using the right kind of rice. Arborio is the most commonly
used rice for risotto.
