I love a Chinese Fakeaway recipe, especially one that is slimming friendly as well.

I've said it before and I will say it again many times...I love a Fakeaway! I love how therapeutic is is to plan a big feast like this and cook it all up!

I have tried loads of different Fakeaways, from Indian to Chinese and American.

This feast combines all of my favourites on one platter! Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Balls, Salt and Pepper Chips, Chow Mien, Sweet and Sour and Curry Sauce and even some Prawn Crackers!

I had some chip foil trays leftover from a summer BBQ, so used this as my platter base and built up from there.

I used wholemeal breadcrumbs for the Chicken Balls, and baked them in the oven. They may not be the same as the fried balls, but they are delicious none the less!

If you have any other Chinese favourites then you could add them to your own platter.

I made this to serve 2, but it definitely served more like 4, or 2 with leftovers!

The Prawn Crackers

When I went into my local Co-op, I spent ages looking in the sauce section next to the naan breads and poppadoms, but couldn't find Prawn Crackers!

I spotted these in the crisp section, and they're only 97 calories for the whole bag! There's about a quarter of a bag on the platter. These were sweet chilli, for some extra flavour!
