Here you will find a Slimming World Friendly 7 Day Meal Plan and shopping list. 

If you are looking for a cheap, healthy meal plan that is slimming world friendly, then this one is for you. 

Feed yourself breakfast, lunch and dinner for a whole week for under £35. It is a really simple, healthy and easy meal plan for 1.

I have added my own syn calculations for anyone following the Slimming World plan, but this meal plan is based on being low fat and sugar, so is suitable for anyone looking to eat a little healthier. 

It comes with an Aldi shopping list, but you could also use it for any other store, as they all have similar items. Just double check the calories or values if you are following a plan.


If you want to save even more money, make larger evening meals and then eat the leftovers for lunch the next day!

Monday


Breakfast: Scrambled egg on 1 slice of wholemeal toast with Spinach. Just add some spinach leaves in with the egg when you are scrambling them! (Syn free & HEb)

Lunch: Chicken Salad Use some ready made salad and pre-cooked chicken. If you want a dressing, add balsamic vinegar! (Syn free)

Dinner: Chicken & mushroom pasta n sauce with added fresh mushrooms, and 40g cheese. Serve with salad (3.5 syns)

Total Syns: 3.5 syns

Healthy Extras: 1 x HEb, 1x HEa (don't forget your second healthy extra!)

Tuesday


Breakfast: Mango, blueberries and fat free yogurt. (Syn free)

Lunch:  Baked Beans on a slice of wholemeal toast (Syn free & HEb)

Dinner: Crustless Quiche Add 3 eggs, some sliced tomatoes, bit of salt, pepper and chilli flakes and bake until it is cooked. Top with 40g cheese (Syn free, HEa)


Total Syns: 0

Healthy Extras: 1 x HEb, 1x HEa (don't forget your second healthy extra!)


Wednesday


Breakfast: Fried garlic mushrooms on 1 slice of wholemeal toast Fry off your mushrooms in low calorie cooking spray and crushed fresh garlic. (Syn free & HEb)


Lunch: Vegetable soup Use the Aldi vegetable soup mix with some stock, boil as per pack instructions. Blend to get the consistency you want! (Syn free)

Dinner: Chinese Chicken Stir Fry Meal Kit & noodles Wrap the leftovers for tomorrows lunch! (1.5 syns)

Total Syns: (1.5 syns)

Healthy Extras:  1 x HEb (don't forget your 2 healthy extra A!)



Thursday


Breakfast: Overnight oat with fruit. Add 40g of porridge oats with your mango, blueberries and fat free yogurt, cover and leave in the fridge over night. (Syn free & HEb)

Lunch: Leftover Chinese Chicken Stir Fry & noodles (1.5 syns)

Dinner: Aldi SlimFree Bolognese Ragu topped with 40g cheese (1 syn & HEa)

Total Syns: 2.5

Healthy Extras: 1 x HEb, 1x HEa (don't forget your second healthy extra!)


Friday


Breakfast: Egg in hole Click to see the full recipe (Syn free & HEb)

Lunch: Leftover vegetable soup (Syn free)

Dinner: Chicken Rice Salad Microwave some flavoured microwave rice, mix with plenty of salad and pre-cooked chicken slices (2 syns)

Total Syns: 2 syns

Saturday


Breakfast: Baked Oats & Fruit Click to see the full recipe, and use the rest of your blueberries and mango! (Syn free & HEb)

Lunch: Chicken wrap Use a wholemeal wrap with chicken and plenty of salad.  (4.5 syns)

Dinner:  Aldi SlimFree Spicy Moroccan Vegetable Stew (1 syn)

Sunday


Breakfast: Bacon medallions, egg, mushrooms, baked beans, spinach and cherry tomatoes Make a mini fry up! (syn free)

Lunch: Lamb shank with mashed potato and vegetables (4.5 syns) Use the frozen veg with this lamb, and some boiled potatoes

Dinner: Leftover lamb shank with some salad 

Total Syns: 4.5
