A delicious lower calorie minted lamb burger recipe. Perfect for anyone following Slimming World.
Lamb is one of my favourite meats, but it is also quite fatty. Supermarkets are now offering lamb that is lower in fat, meaning it is more suitable for a low fat or slimming diet.
The other day I whipped these burgers up, and posted them on my Insta. Loads of you wanted the full recipe for it, so I thought I'd better put it together!
I used 10% fat lamb mince, as this seems to be the most common and readily available option. This works out to be about 2 syns for the lot.
My favourite lamb flavour combination has to be lamb and mint, so I decided to create these delicious lamb and mint burgers. They would be great to cook on the BBQ as well as in the kitchen!
You may notice that the rolls in my picture look a little too tasty to be SW friendly, and that's because they are brioche rolls!
They actually work out to be 8 syns each, so worth saving syns if you really need a white bread fix.
