One of my favourite things to eat of all time has to be cheesy garlic bread. There is nothing better than having a delicious pasta with heaps of buttery, garlicy, bread to to mop up the sauce.
For those that are following a slimming or diet plan, garlic bread could be one of the foods you're expected to cut out. I have tried lot's of different versions of garlic bread, like the cauliflower base garlic bread and smash garlic bread. While they are tasty and a great alternative, both recipes take a lot of work.
According to the Schär website, 1 of their Gluten Free Ciabattas counts as your Healthy Extra B if you are following Slimming World. I actually found some in my local shop, which gives me the perfect excuse to try and create a delicious garlic bread!

If you use your Healthy Extra B, along with one of your Healthy Extra A, 2 slices of this are syn free. Make sure you weigh out the cheese correctly to avoid a cheeky gain!
