I love a good old, tasty, juicy burger. I think it is one of the best comfort foods you can get! Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to make a healthier version of a traditional burger.
Whether it's just leaving out the bun, or switching it up completely and having a Big Mac style quiche! Burgers are made better with sauce, in my opinion, and you can create low calorie versions of tomato ketchup and even BBQ sauce.
