One thing that really helps me survive Slimming World, is to set myself up with a hearty breakfast.
I usually use my healthy extra so that I can have some form of oats in the morning, whether that's in overnight form or baked.

This is a super basic baked oats recipe, and you can really experiment with different syn free flavours. Serve it with plenty of fruit to make it extra filling!
I love serving it with banana and custard flavour Muller Light as it is like eating a yummy sponge and proper custard, but without the syns!
I like to take this into work, cooked, in a foil container. It is still lovely and warm when I get there, and the fruit heats up too.
