I wanted to come up with something super yummy to eat after my lunch at work. For a long time I have been trying to come up with different ways to use Quarl (fat free cream cheese). I have seen similar recipes around, but this one is possibly one of the simplest.
You could reduce the syns by leaving out the digestive biscuit, but I believe that this is what makes it 'cheesecak-ey'.
This is perfect for dipping fresh fruit into!
If you find it a little too sharp, add some extra sweetener. Remember to syn if using more than 2 tablespoons.

You will need:
350ml Quark
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp sweetener
1 tsp sweetener
1 sachet of white chocolate options
1/2 digestive biscuit crumbed
Mix the Quark, vanilla, and options together.
Top with the the digestive biscuit, crumbled up.
