Aldi is one of my favourite supermarkets and I shop there all the time. Being on a limited budget I can find high quality and loads of variety. When the weather starts heating up I always head to Aldi to stock up for BBQs! They offer everything you could need, and they sent me a little package to make some yummy food for myself!
You will need-
Method-
Mix passata, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweetener, seasoning, smoked paprika and tomato puree. Transfer to a small pan and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
Chop a red onion and layer on the bottom of your slow cooker
Add the pork and the BBQ sauce and leave on low for 6 hours. Alternatively you can cook in the oven on a low heat for 1.5 hours.
Pull the meat apart with 2 forks and mix with the excess sauce.
