This is a delicious and easy kebab recipe, prefect for BBQs and weekends in the sun! Succulent chicken with tikka flavours, topped with a creamy mint sauce.
The chicken is best after being marinated over night, as it really takes on the delicious tikka flavours. If you like kebabs, check out my beef kebabs with giant stuffed chilies and chicken kebabs.

Sweet Potato & Carrot Soup
You will need:-

Sweet Potato & Carrot Soup

140g fat free natural yogurt
5 tbsp tikka curry powder
Juice of 1 lime
500g Chicken breasts diced
Creamy Mint Sauce-
Fat free yoghurt
1 tbsp mint
1 garlic clove finely chopped
Pinch of Salt & pepper

1 tbsp mint

Pinch of Salt & pepper
Method:-
Mix the lime juice with the yoghurt and tikka curry powder. Pour the yoghurt mix over the chicken and leave to marinate over night for best flavour, or at least a few hours.
Add the marinated chicken chunks to a kebab skewer
Cook in a griddle pan or grill for 3-5 mins, turning regularly until chicken is cooked through
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients together
Serve the chicken in a wholemeal pitta with salad and the mint sauce.
