If you love bolognese this dish is for you! I wanted to make a pasta bol and thought to myself "how can I make this better?" and the best bolognese bake was invented. I asked you over on my Facebook Page if you would like the recipe based on the image alone, and 100s of you said yes!
Method:-
Preheat oven to 180 degress
Spray a large frying pan with low calorie spray and fry the beef mince until browned, set aside.
Fry off the onion, pepper, mushrooms, carrot and the garlic. Add the tomato purée, and cook for 1 min more, stirring to stop it from sticking.
Add the tomatoes, mince and stock with the basil, paprika, Worcester sauce. Simmer for at least 20 mins (or longer) until thickened.
Add the dried pasta the the blognese mix and stir. Transfer to an oven proof dish and top with the cheese, tomatoes and bacon strips.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 mins until pasta is cooked and cheese is bubbling
