You will need-
4 lean "sizzle steaks" (thin) sliced into strips
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
Frylight
1 red pepper, seeds removed, cut into strips
1 yellow pepper, seeds removed, cut into strips
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 fresh red chillies, de-seeded and finely chopped
1tsp chilli powder
Juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic, crushed
2tbsp tomato purée
Method-
Add the peppers, onion, garlic and chillies to a frying pan and cook off over a medium heat.
Turn the heat down and add the rest of the ingredients, including the beef.
Stir in the pan and cook for 1-2 mins for rare steak or 3-4 to cook it through, stir to ensure an even coating of herbs and spices across all meat and veg
Severe with your choice of egg wrap, rice or salad.
