You will need:-
Method:-
Preheat the oven to fan 180C/ conventional 200C/gas 6.
Cut the potatoes into wedge shapes and par boil for 8 mins until they start to soften
Drain the water and shake to potatoes to rough uo the edges
Sprinkle the flavourings over the potatoes and mix well
Lay out on a baking tray and spray with low calorie spray and cook for 20-25 mins until browned

1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
