A delicious, filling syn free breakfast that is just as good as any fry up! Tasty pork, mushrooms, eggs and fried potatoes. You could serve it with some fresh tomatoes as well.

Recipe
You will need:-
400g potatoes
500g extra-lean minced pork
8 tomatoes, halved
Mushrooms
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Low calorie oil spray
4 large eggs
400g can baked beans
salt and pepper to taste
Method:-
Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks and boil for 15-20 mins
Add the mushrooms and pork mince to a frying pan, fry off until cooked then drain any oil
When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add to a frying pan sprayed with fry light. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Put the potatoes to one side and fry your eggs to your liking (I have them over easy)
Serve with baked beans
