I have been doing a lot of research online into making 1/2 syn chocolate brownies. I couldn't really believe it at first, but the recipe is flour free and sugar free.
I am not affiliated with Slimming World in any way, so always double check your syn values!
I have to say that the texture is a little different to a standard brownie, but still tastes great. Original recipe is from My Diet Journey, which I have adapted.

You will need:
6 eggs (separated)
70g sweetener (or other sweetener)
60g cocoa powder (not hot chocolate)
1tsp vanilla essence
Fry Light
Method:
Preheat the oven at 180ºc, spray a baking tin with Fry Light
Line with greaseproof paper
Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
In a separate bowl add the egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla essence & cocoa
Whisk until mixed. Add a bit of water if the mixture is too stiff
Fold in the egg whites
Pour the mixture into the tin
Bake for 25-30 minutes and cut into approx 25 small brownies
