This is a quick and simple recipe that tastes amazing! This is one of the first things that Nick made for me when we started seeing each other, and I have to say that he definitely makes it the best! This is another recipe that you can freestyle yourself, adding as many or as few toppings as you would like. I have used pepperoni, classic!
You will need:-
Pre heat oven to 190 degrees
Line a baking tray with tin foil
Place the pastry sheet on the tray
Cover the sheet with a layer of tomato puree, leaving a gap around the edge
Add the mozzarella / cheddar / both!
Add the pepperoni
Bake until pastry has risen and all the cheese is melted and gooey!
