One of my favourite treats of all time are Rice Krispie squares, but like all tasty things they are high in syns. I wanted to make some at home and tried to make them as low syn as possible. I believe that these were a success!
I used no added sugar marshmallows, which I bought from Sainbury's. They are really tasty and worked perfectly with this recipe.
Extra easy syn value: 2 syns each
I made 20 small squares, but make sure you divide the total syn value by the number of squares you make (39.5)

Recipe
You will need:
6 tbsp butter
75g Bag Sugar Free Marshmallows
100g Rice Krispies
Did you know that I have a weight loss support group on Facebook!? It's a place to share meal ideas, meal plans, food pictures, success stories, and generally support each other on our weight loss journeys!
Method:
In a saucepan, melt the butter until it becomes liquid.
Add the marshmallows and stir constantly, until they are completely melted and form a smooth mixture.
Add the Rice Krispies and stir through until they are all coated in the mixture.
Add the Krispie mixture into a greased dish and press down and flatten. Leave to cool in the fridge.
Notes-
Syn calculations are all carried out as a paying Slimming World member. I am not a consultant! It is always recommended to check syn values yourself.
