I really fancied a SW cooked breakfast this morning. Sadly I didn't have any SW friendly sausages in and didn't want to go out in the rain to the shop. I had some pork mince that needed using up, so decided to make my own sausages.
I didn't use any skin on the sausages and I was worried that this may make them dry, luckily the end result was a delicious herby moist sausage that rivals a synful alternative! This recipe makes 8 medium sized sausages.
These go perfectly with my syn free ketchup or even my hash browns!
